- Handling the request (study, contact, contract): performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
- Marketing communications: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) — opt-in required

4. Retention
- Active customer / prospect data: duration of the business relationship
- After end of relationship: up to 3 years for prospecting
- Accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation)
- Analytics: 13 months
5. Recipients
Your data is processed only by Battwoo staff. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Technical sub-processors — Cloudflare (hosting, France/EU), Resend (transactional email, EU/US), Microsoft Clarity (analytics, US) — process data on documented instructions and under contract.
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area (e.g. by Microsoft Clarity), appropriate safeguards apply, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, monthly audits, hosting on a certified infrastructure (Cloudflare, ISO 27001 / SOC 2).
